Refund & Exchange Policy

Here’s how we handle refund requests for digital products.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All MARAQI programs are digital products delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. Due to their nature, they cannot be returned or refunded once the file has been downloaded or opened.

2. Exceptions

You did not receive the program due to a technical fault on our side that we were unable to fix.
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to replace it with a working copy.
Duplicate charges for the same order.

3. How to Submit a Request

Contact us within 7 days of purchase via our Contact Us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll review your request and reply within 3 working days.

4. Refund Process

If your request is approved, the amount is refunded to the original payment method. It may take 5 to 14 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
